The electric pump consists of three parts: a water pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump and has a non clogged flow channel impeller volute structure; A double end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "O" shaped oil resistant rubber sealing ring is used for static sealing at each fixed end seal. According to the customer's requirements, it can be equipped with a mixing device, which can produce strong mixing force with the rotation of the motor shaft, and can remove the sediment in the Cesspit after mixing it into suspended solids.
The pump motor is manufactured using advanced technology imported from abroad, featuring efficient non-standard design, reliable operation, and low cost. The motor casing is made of high-quality stainless steel material, and the motor is self cooled by water. When the pump is working, the motor part can be exposed to the water for long-term operation, avoiding the fatal problem of only allowing a small part of the motor to be exposed during the operation of domestic sewage pumps, otherwise it may cause the motor to burn out. Unique pump design: The channel impeller has high efficiency and non clogging characteristics, with a maximum particle diameter of up to 100mm.
