ZW type non clogging self priming sewage pump execution standard: JB/T10601-2006 ZW type self priming non clogging sewage pump is a new type of pump developed by our company based on the structure and performance of ZX type self priming centrifugal pump and WQ type submersible sewage pump, drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products, integrating self priming and sewage. The hydraulic design of this series of pumps is unique. The impeller is enclosed in a separate impeller chamber, and the pressurized water chamber is connected to the impeller chamber. When the impeller rotates, the liquid in the pump generates strong axial vortex, causing a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. Therefore, impurities can be discharged from the pressurized water chamber, so its flow channel is completely unobstructed, and its drainage effect is unparalleled by other self priming sewage pumps. The ZW self priming vortex non clogging sewage pump produced by our unit does not require the installation of a bottom valve like a general self priming clean water pump, and can also suck and discharge large particle solid blocks, long fibers, sediment, waste ore impurities, fecal treatment, and all engineering sewage. It can be widely used in industries such as municipal sewage engineering, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical industry, electricity, petroleum, mining, and river aquaculture.
